Tasks

General Responsibility

  • Responsible for development and implementation of a project “module” within a team under the supervision of project manager.
  • Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance
  • Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise
  • Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles Bring in ideas for process improvements

Specific Responsibility

  • FE Model building for full Vehicle for different analysis requirement.
  • Carry out the full Vehicle safety CAE performance evaluation (Front, side, Rear impact, Roof load cases)
  • Good knowledge of various safety regulations and third-party ratings requirements, eg. FMVSS,IIHS, Euro-NCAP , China-NCAP ,AIS regulations

Domain Knowledge

Passive Safety for structures – Can be at component level and/or Full vehicle level

Tool Knowledge

Need to have

Pre-Processing – ANSA (if not equivalent tool – Altair Hyperworks or Primer)

Solver – LSDyna (if not Equivalent solvers – Pamcrash or Radioss)

Postprocessing – Animator and Meta Post (if not equivalent tool – Altair Hyperworks)

Good to have

Programming knowledge – Shell scripting and Python

German Language skills
